To help you better assess which freckle package best matches your desired look, we have divided the treatments into different sizes—from subtle to intense, depending on your style. The freckle quantities listed below are only a rough guide—we do not count every single freckle, but work by feel and according to your personal preferences. XS – Moles / Beauty Marks

On the nose and lightly on the cheeks, or 20–100 freckles across the whole face.

S is suitable for a light, natural look, as if your freckles were freshly kissed by the sun. We pigment either only on the nose, only on the cheeks, or distribute around 20–100 delicate freckles across the whole face.
M – Natural & visible
M stands for a more noticeable, yet still natural-looking freckle distribution. Around 100–150 freckles are distributed across multiple facial areas such as the nose, cheeks, cheekbones, and forehead. Perfect if you want a visible look that remains soft and suitable for everyday wear.
L – Intense & distributed
L is suitable for you if you want many freckles across the entire face—usually more than 150 up to around 250. The freckles are evenly distributed across the nose, cheeks, forehead, temples, and chin—for an expressive, summery look.
XL – Full face
XL is ideal if you want very many freckles—distributed evenly and densely across the entire face. This look is striking, playful, and a real statement.
XXL – Face + body
XXL goes one step further: In addition to a full face, the décolletage, neck, or shoulders are also pigmented. Especially popular in summer—for a continuous all-over freckle look.

Deposits are generally non-refundable. If you do not show up for your appointment without cancelling, we will charge 50% of the treatment price as a no-show fee.

The longevity of freckle tattoos varies depending on the initial intensity, skin type, and care habits, but averages around 6 to 24 months. Depending on the number of freckles desired, the treatment takes between 30 minutes and 2 hours. After the procedure, the skin may be red, and slight swelling at the puncture sites is possible. Immediately after treatment, the freckles appear very light and are almost invisible due to the redness. After 1 to 3 hours, the pigment oxidizes and the freckles appear darker. This intensity lasts for about 5 to 10 days before the color gradually fades. The final result usually appears after 3 to 4 weeks, once the skin has fully healed.

The freckles or beauty marks are pigmented manually. Freckles have a warm tone and vary in size and shape. The goal is always to perfectly recreate the appearance of natural freckles. Immediately after application, they are more intense, but they fade during the healing process and appear soft and natural after about 7 days.
To achieve an ultra-natural result with depth, different colors and needle sizes are used. You have the option to choose the color, shape (even heart shapes are possible!), intensity, number, and of course the placement of the freckles yourself.

Will the freckles change color over time?
No, at Pearl Tattoo we use exclusively inorganic pigments that have been tested for years and are also used by us ourselves. These pigments do not change over time to a reddish or grayish color. Thanks to the precise application of the pigments with a hand-poking needle into the uppermost layer of the dermis, they gradually fade over a period of 6 months to 2 years and become lighter and lighter without changing their original color.
However, a 100% guarantee that the pigments will fade completely cannot be given.
Is it possible to tattoo over my existing freckles?
Yes, fake freckles can be applied over existing freckles and create a natural look.
Do I need a touch-up?
A touch-up is optional, but we recommend refreshing the freckles every 6 to 12 months. With regular refreshers, we create more dimension and shading, making the freckles look even more natural.
Does the treatment hurt?
Everyone experiences pain differently. Many describe the pigmentation as very tolerable. If you are more sensitive to pain, we recommend a numbing cream from the pharmacy to make it more comfortable for you.
Can I choose the color of my freckles myself?
Yes, you can help choose the shade of your freckles. We will recommend a shade that best suits your natural skin type and your preferences. If you prefer a lighter or darker shade, simply let us know. Please note that we do not apply unnatural colors to ensure the result looks natural and harmonious.
