You can conveniently book your appointment via our online portal. Please note that different deposit systems apply for appointments with Merle and Nathi.
Appointments with Merle:
Here, the deposit is automatically charged directly during booking via the system. A successful appointment booking is only possible with this deposit.
Appointments with Nathi:
With Nathi, the appointment is initially booked without an automatic deposit charge.New clients will receive a payment request for the deposit after booking. The appointment is only considered firmly reserved once the deposit has been received. Please therefore only book an appointment if you will transfer the deposit promptly afterwards.
Please note that deposits are generally non-refundable, even if you cancel in good time. This is to secure the reserved time as well as the organisational effort involved in preparing your treatment.
Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed time without forfeiting the deposit. If you reschedule repeatedly, a new deposit may be required. If you do not attend an appointment (no-show) and do not cancel in time, we will charge 50% of the treatment price.
A touch-up is not included for new treatments.
If you have an old pigmentation done elsewhere (work not carried out by us), we ask you to book a consultation first instead of a regular appointment. We cannot rework or improve every existing result. Without prior consultation, we reserve the right to refuse the treatment. In this case, the deposit will be retained as compensation for time and effort. As a rule, we do not simply refresh work done elsewhere, but generally treat it as a correction or new treatment.
Waitlist feature in Salonized:
If your preferred appointment is currently fully booked, you can easily add yourself to the waitlist. You can do this directly via our booking portal: In the calendar view, you will see a small clock icon on fully booked days – this means you can join the waitlist for that day. Click it to be taken to the waitlist registration.
As soon as an already booked appointment on that day is cancelled, you will automatically receive an email. Using the link in that email, you can secure the newly available appointment directly or reschedule your existing appointment. Your deposit already paid will be carried over automatically – you do not need to do anything else.
Please note: Newly available appointments are allocated automatically on a “first come, first served” basis – so it pays to respond quickly!

You can conveniently book your appointment via our online portal. For every booking, we charge a deposit to ensure that you take your appointment as seriously as we do. The deposit is requested automatically by the system, so a successful booking is only possible with this deposit.

We work with fixed time slots and plan your treatment carefully, which is why a refund of the deposit is not possible.

Guest Spots
Guest Spots are temporary stays at other studios where we offer our treatments outside our own location – for example in cities such as Munich, Cologne or Vienna. This allows you to secure an appointment with us even if you do not want to travel to Berlin.
As we incur additional costs for these trips, such as studio rental, travel and accommodation, treatment prices during our Guest Spots are slightly higher than in our own studio. We appreciate your understanding.

From 2025-09-05 to 2025-09-07, we will have a booth at the Berlin Tattoo Convention and will also be pigmenting on site! Book an appointment and receive 20% off a treatment at the convention.
