A consultation costs €50 and will be fully credited towards a subsequent treatment appointment.

During the consultation, we take the time to get to know you and your ideas, explain the process and possibilities of permanent makeup, and answer all your questions. Upon request, a personal shape and color consultation including a preliminary drawing will also be provided.

As we are often booked several months in advance, our consultation slots are also in high demand. If you cannot find an available appointment online, please send us an email so we can find an individual solution together.

For medical tattoos, a consultation is mandatory. If you have existing pigmentation from another artist, you are welcome to send us a photo of the existing pigmentation in advance.

Please note that every treatment already includes a detailed consultation. Separate consultation appointments are primarily for clients who are still unsure and wish to take time to consider before a treatment. A treatment does not take place immediately after the consultation. For quick questions, we are always available via WhatsApp or email.

A touch-up is generally not included in the treatment price. If it is advisable or desired, a touch-up can be performed within 6 to 12 weeks after the first appointment. The cost for this is €100. Since a touch-up can be individually beneficial, we recommend planning for these costs in your personal budget.

This timeframe is deliberately chosen because the skin is fully healed by then, and the final color result becomes visible. Only then can it be reliably assessed where pigment has remained stable and where an adjustment may be beneficial. An earlier touch-up would unnecessarily stress the skin; a significantly later one usually corresponds to a new treatment.

We deliberately work gently and with low saturation to achieve a natural result that harmoniously blends into the face and is allowed to change over time. This technique protects the skin but is more sensitive to individual factors such as skin type, regeneration, aftercare, or mechanical stress. Different healing processes are therefore possible.

A universally included touch-up would mean pigmenting more intensely from the start. This contradicts our philosophy. Therefore, we decide individually and charge a transparent €100 for a touch-up.

Permanent makeup is designed to fade over time. The visible change begins immediately after treatment and is influenced by factors such as sun exposure, skin condition, and individual regeneration.

The durability, depending on the treatment and intensity of the pigmentation, is usually 6 to 24 months. In thinner skin areas, the pigment can remain visible significantly longer, sometimes up to about 5 years, although a very light shadow may persist.

A touch-up is advisable when the existing PMU has faded significantly. If touch-ups are done too early or too frequently, pigment accumulation can occur, where the body can only process the pigment to a limited extent. This contradicts our aim for a natural result, as PMU should not look like classic makeup.

We perform touch-ups exclusively on our own work. Pigmentation from other artists will not be touched up.

Touch-ups are generally charged by time spent. The price is €140 per commenced hour.

This rule applies to eyebrows, lips, and eyeliner. We usually need about 2 hours for eyebrows and smokey liner, about 3 hours for lips, and about 1 hour for baby liner.

Freckles are excluded from this, as touch-ups here are charged according to package size.

We deliberately do not offer classic discount promotions. Our prices are calculated to fairly reflect quality, time, materials, and responsibility.

We offer a combo discount of 10% if you combine several new treatments in one appointment. In this case, we save on preparation and consultation time as well as materials. We are happy to pass these savings on to you. The discount will be automatically deducted at the appointment. Touch-ups and refreshers are charged by time and are already fairly calculated; there is no combo discount for these.

Additionally, you will receive a €10 voucher for your next treatment if you leave us a Google review. You can use this credit, for example, for a touch-up. This way, you help others with their decision, and we say thank you!

After purchase, you will receive an email with your voucher. The automatically sent email is functional and simply designed. Additionally, a link will be displayed directly after purchase, through which you can print and label the voucher yourself. If you would like a voucher on higher quality paper, please send us an email after purchase.

Our vouchers are value vouchers and can be redeemed for treatments or consultations. Cash payment is not possible. The voucher value will be offset against the treatment price. Remaining credit will be retained, and any difference can be paid on site.

Vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be combined with discounts, and do not apply retroactively to already booked or completed appointments.

After an illness, health insurance companies often cover the costs for paramedical pigmentations. Usually, a cost estimate is required for this, which we are happy to provide upon request.

Should the health insurance company refuse to cover the costs, we can offer treatment at cost price of €100 for consultation and materials in hardship cases. Due to high demand, only limited slots are available, which may result in a waiting list.
