Your Responsibilities
Social Media Management:

• Development and creation of creative content for our social media channels (images, videos, stories).
• Creation and implementation of a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
• Interaction and communication with our community (messages, comments).
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of our social media activities.
• Building and maintaining collaborations with influencers and partners from the tattoo and beauty industry.
• Monitoring current trends and competitor analysis.
• Organization of marketing campaigns, customer events, and studio promotions.
• Support for projects that advance our studio and the Pigmentier Akademie.

Studio Management:

• Organization and coordination of daily studio operations and appointment scheduling.
• Material management, inventory management, and ordering of consumables.
• Personal client care and consultation on our services via phone or email.
• Support in adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
• Active participation in the development and expansion of the Pigmentier Akademie.
• Representing studio management as the point of contact for the team in their absence.

Your Profile:

• Experience and affinity in social media, ideally in the tattoo or beauty industry.
• Creativity, a keen eye for detail, and a strong sense for current trends.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with people.
• Knowledge of image and video editing (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) is an advantage.
• Structured and independent way of working.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• You are an organizational talent, keep an overview in stressful situations, and work in a solution-oriented manner.

Terms of Employment:

• Working hours: Core hours Tue–Sat from 10 AM–6 PM, especially for telephone customer service.
• Hybrid model: A combination of on-site and remote work.
• On-site days: At least 2-3 half days on-site for content production (images and videos), for training sessions, or model work.
• Equipment: All necessary work equipment (laptop, mobile phone, camera, etc.) will be provided by us.
