Deposit: A deposit is required to book and confirm your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the booked service and is non-refundable. If the appointment is canceled, the deposit will not be refunded. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance.

Healing time: Allow sufficient time for the healing phase when booking your appointment. You can find more information on pre- and post-operative care in the relevant sections on our website.

Foreign pigmentation: If you already have old foreign pigmentation, please send a clear photo without make-up by email or WhatsApp before you book your appointment. This way we can make sure that you are suitable for the desired treatment.
