You can book your appointment via the online portal, WhatsApp, email or telephone. We require a deposit for appointment bookings to ensure that you take your appointment as seriously as we do.

Deposits are non-refundable. Appointments can be postponed up to 48 hours before the agreed time without loss of the deposit. In the event of repeated postponements, a new deposit may be required. In the case of so-called "no-shows" (appointments not attended without cancellation), 50% of the treatment price will be charged. Re-stitching is not included in our new treatments.
