Book appointments: Terms and conditions, deposit and postponements
Deposit:
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This is automatically requested when booking via our online appointment booking portal and can be paid conveniently via PayPal or bank transfer. The deposit will be included in the final price. It is non-refundable, but can be offset against future appointments/vouchers if agreed in good time.
Postponing an appointment:
You can postpone your appointment up to 48 hours before the agreed time. Please note that a new deposit may be required if you reschedule repeatedly. If you cancel after the 48-hour deadline, we reserve the right to retain the deposit paid.
No-shows:
If you miss an appointment without canceling in advance, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.

FRECKLES

Package S: This small package contains approx. 20-50 freckles, which are distributed evenly over the entire face or concentrated only on the nose.

Package M: The medium package contains between 50 and 200 freckles, which are distributed all over the face or placed specifically on the nose and cheeks.

Package L: Our large package for the full face includes a generous number of freckles distributed across the nose, cheeks, forehead, upper lip and chin.
- Schönheitsflecke (Paket XS): Eine Behandlung kostet 100 € und umfasst bis zu 10 Schönheitsflecken.
Freckles on the body are calculated individually.

Re-stitching within 6-12 weeks: The price for a touch-up is €100. If you decide to upgrade your freckles to the next higher package, an additional €100 will be added to the price of a touch-up.
COMBINED TREATMENT
If you combine several treatments in one appointment, you benefit from attractive discounts. You can save up to €100 on combined treatments! This discount is automatically deducted when you book your appointment.

CONSULTATION
25€ (amount will be charged in the treatment appointment)
You will receive a comprehensive consultation with us, during which we will get to know each other, explain everything about permanent make-up and answer all your questions. We also offer a personal shape and color consultation, including a preliminary drawing if you wish.
Every treatment appointment includes a detailed consultation. If you have any quicker questions, you can contact us at any time via WhatsApp or email!
REFRESHMENT
Permanent make-up usually lasts for around 2 to 5 years and can be refreshed if necessary.
The fading process varies individually and is charged on a time and material basis. Our hourly rate is €140 (not for freckles).
We usually need about 2 hours for eyebrows and lips and about 1 hour for eyeliner and freckles.
Classic tattoos
The prices for tattoos depend on the artist's hourly rate and the size and complexity of the design. As every tattoo is unique, the costs can vary.

GUEST SPOTS
Bei unseren Guest Spots erheben wir pro Termin einen Aufschlag von 50 €, da zusätzlich zur regulären Behandlungskosten auch Mietgebühren anfallen und wir die Anreise sowie Übernachtungskosten decken müssen. Dieser Betrag hilft uns, die Qualität unserer Arbeit auch außerhalb unseres Studios aufrechtzuerhalten. Termine für unsere Guest Spots findest du hier.
Vouchers from Pearl Tattoo - The perfect gift
Give the gift of joy and the freedom to pamper yourself with a voucher from Pearl Tattoo! Our gift vouchers offer the recipient the opportunity to choose something according to their wishes for the value of the voucher.
We offer digital gift vouchers that can be conveniently forwarded by e-mail or printed out. We can also send you a paper version of the voucher on request. Please buy the digital voucher first and then send us a message with your address in good time if you would like the paper version.
Our gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the voucher can no longer be redeemed and the remaining value will not be refunded. Your voucher is a document of value and should be stored safely. Cash payment is not possible and lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
