What is permanent makeup?
Permanent makeup has been given many names in recent years. It is often also called cosmetic tattooing, PMU, or pigmentation.
Using a tattoo machine, pigments are implanted into the upper dermis. The machine creates many small dots which, depending on the technique, form defined lines or a soft shading. Permanent makeup can create a made-up effect that lasts 3 to 5 years.
Permanent makeup includes eyebrows (shaping the outline, filling in, enhancing), eyeliner (lash line enhancement, fine to bold lines for eyeliner), lip pigmentation (shaping the outline, making lips appear fuller or smaller), and beauty marks.
Microblading is a form of permanent makeup; however, with this technique, hair strokes are etched into the skin using a blade.

Before the treatment
Preparation is key! A great painting begins with a high-quality canvas. A beautiful permanent makeup result depends on many factors, not just the pigmentation. You will be more satisfied if you prepare your skin properly. The eyebrow, eye, and lip area must be healthy, intact, non-sensitive, and free from irritation. After the treatment
If you decide to book an appointment, you should plan time for the healing phase. In the first 5–7 days, depending on the treatment you choose, you may experience slight redness, swelling, flaking (peeling), and other healing effects. Read more here about what to expect after the procedure.
Natural lip pigmentation
Also known as Lipblush or Aquarelle Lips, it is a cosmetic tattoo of the lips. This super-natural new lip pigmentation technique was developed to gently refresh your lip color and restore definition, as well as to correct minor lip asymmetries.
You can choose a pigment shade that matches your natural lip color, or opt for a slightly more intense shade that adds a pop of color without having to apply lipstick.
